This will be a guided meditation. We will be taking you through a meditation to bring peace and relaxation while uplifting your soul. This is the perfect way to start off your month with gratitude and grace.
Please bring a yoga mat or something to lay on, a blanket if you get cold, a water bottle, any crystals you might want to have with you but not necessary. Bring covers for your eyes if you like.

There is limited space. We will have space for 10 people. Once we are full we will close the room.
