The Black History Commission of Arkansas will host its next symposium Saturday, June 3 from 9:45 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. titled, "African American Authors and Visual Artists in Arkansas."

Dianna Donahue - Founder, Editor in Chief, URBANE MagazineJanis F. Kearney - AuthorKevin Cole - Visual ArtistLee Anthony - Visual ArtistIt will be held at the Mosaic Templars Cultural Center, located at 501 W. 9th Street in downtown Little Rock. Light refreshments will be served. Professional development hours will be available for all educators who attend.
Registration is free but is required. Deadline to register is Monday, May 29.
