Join McLaren Port Huron and other local experts as they share what every person battling a long-term illness such as COPD, heart disease, heart failure, cancer or Alzheimer’s, or simply enjoying their golden years needs to know for improving their quality of life and preparing for their future. Speakers will include local nurses, physicians, social workers, case managers, chaplains, inpatient rehab/skilled nursing facility leaders and elder law attorneys. Your support person is encouraged to attend with you. Dinner will be provided.
