We don't have a venue yet (details coming).
For anyone that wants to stay the night on the island, there are houses you can rent or hotels you can book. I do have a contact to someone that owns 4 houses with 3-4 bedrooms for a total of $800 ($400 per night / 2 night minimum). I don't know what else is available but there is still time to look.
