A little about your instructor: Jan Huebner has been in the real estate industry since 1987 - selling residential real estate in Minnesota, Colorado and now Florida. She has had her own brokerage, has opened several offices for other franchises, and worked as a builder representative in townhome communities in Hillsborough County. In 2000, she received a Florida Instructor's permit for teaching pre- and post-license classes and taught for the Bob Hogue School of Real Estate for almost 20 years. As Keller Williams Broker Associate for 10+ years, Jan really enjoys sharing her real estate knowledge with others.
