We like to protect ourselves by keeping armor around our hearts. This is just a natural defense because we like to feel safe. Sometimes we don't know how to allow our heart to be open and we need a reminder how to connect to that part of us. Cacao is instrumental in opening your heart to connect deeper within. It helps you come back home to your heart and to let go of that armor. When you are able to connect with yourself you are able to release your fears, limitations, and beliefs that can keep your hearts closed and the armor firmly around it. You are able to be courageously vulnerable and open to receive the healing, blessings, and abundance that is for you. Cacao has the ability to uplift your heart and shift our life.
