Instructors Lori Staddler and Joan Neeno will walk you through creating a beautifully delicious cheese and charcuterie board. Lori is an artist when it comes to creating beautiful displays for food. She will demonstrate folding charcuterie, cutting cheese, decoration and placement. Joan will give background on the cheeses, meats and other products on the board, why they were selected, where they're made, and advice on pairing. All the while you sip bubbly and relax. And then everyone noshes, drinks wine, and socializes. Such fun.
