Ever wanted to see if you may have what it takes or ever just want to try something different or ever want to have a fun, different kind of workout? Answer yes to any of those questions, and this may be your answer. Come down for a fun 1 hour conditioning class inside a pro wrestling ring. No contract, no commitments, and no wrestling experience necessary. There is only a $25 (or save with 10 for $150) drop in rate and the class is available to all of the Dojo students for no extra charge. There will be stretching, rolling, jumping, sliding, shuffling, running, and more. Anything you may be worried about, you do not have to do it. No pressure.
