Attend this hands-on event for prospective students, families, and supporters to see what the Clark College McClaskey Culinary Institute has to offer. --- Program Agenda: 8:00 am: Event Check-in | MCI Continental Breakfast (provided) 8:30 am - 9:15 am: Welcome | Q&A Session with Cuisine Management and Baking and Pastry Arts Faculty 9:30 am – 11:30 am: 30-Minute Hands-On “Break-Out” Sessions, such as BBQ, kitchen skills, breads, and pastry. 11:30 am – 12:00 pm: Closing --- SPACE IS LIMITED.
