Mindfulness is the practice of being present in the moment, aware of what you sense and feel, without judgement. All too often in life we move through life worrying about the future or dwelling on the past and we miss the blessings and moments of JOY that are right in front of us. During this workshop we will learn about and practice the art of mindfulness while making our own candles with guest instructors from Westminster Candle Co. All supplies are included.
