Join Letter Party at Wild Flour Studio on May 12th at 7PM for a Mother's Day Embroidery Workshop! We'll be hand-embroidering a loved one's handwriting (think kids, mom, grandmother) onto a sweatshirt using the backstitch (perfect for beginners!). You'll go home with a special sweatshirt that you, or the person you give it to, will want to wear forever. The workshop includes (1) glass of wine, as well as all materials you'll need, including a gray sweatshirt (in the size of your choice, XS - XL) and embroidery basics, which will be yours to keep. Looking forward to stitching with you! DETAILS: Please bring a sample of your loved one's writing that can be easily traced AND fits within a 3" x 3" space. (If you have something bigger that you'd like to use, I may be able to scan it and shrink it for you! Email me after you purchase your ticket - [email protected].) Please stick to 1 word or a very short phase like 'I love you'. Words that are at least 1/2" high will be easier to stitch. Please note that tickets are non-refundable as supplies will be purchased specific to attendees. There is a minimum of 8 people needed for this class to take place. Should the minimum not be met, the event will be cancelled within 48 hours of May 12th, and you WILL be refunded for the full ticket.
