The BEYOND Fitness community is about fitness but also about healthy healing, empowerment; to be stronger, powerful and resilient especially women in all areas of life. Our community has always been about enriching women with the tools to be successful and to take on the world with confidence and values that will assist in achieving greater heights in life. Our Women's Empowerment Day is a morning on July 8th dedicated to empowering all women from all backgrounds, ages, and professional. It is important to be able to lean on others for diversity, motivation, support and encouragement. Our theme this year is - Empowering Our FUTURE This year we will have 2 panel discussions (Empowering Your Mind & Body) and (Empowering Your Financial FUTURE). The panel experts will lead discussions that will assist us in empowering our future. Additionally, The Women Entrepreneurial Sponsorship is in the honor of our late Beyond Fitness member & entrepreneur TQ Evans who lost her life to Colon Cancer in April 2021 at the age of 40. This scholarship will assist young women in their dreams of running their own business. The TQ Evans' Young Women Entrepreneur Scholarship is open to all young women from the ages 16-25 who are currently operating their own small business in Charlottesville, Albemarle and surrounding counties.
