Located slope side in Pendry Plaza in Canyons Village, with expansive indoor/outdoor bar and restaurant, with free and convenient parking available in the garage below. ABOUT RUMBA LIBRE Rumba Libre Band was formed in 2008 by Carlos Coco Garcia and friends who have been playing their hearts out for over 15 years with the best Salsa, Jazz, and Soul bands in Salt Lake City. Coco put together an all-star band, combining the best players in town, with an exciting and unique style that delivers the best Salsa and Latin Jazz music in the mountain region. ABOUT DOS OLAS CANTINA We look for fresh, bright ingredients and flavors and spin them into an array of dishes inspired by both traditional Mexican cooking and a coastal, California spin on it. Then we top it all off with a robust menu of tequila, mezcal, cocktails and beer. And serve it all up in generous style with dishes for family-style sharing, savoring or cantina-inspired snacking.
