This grounding meditation immerses you in sounds of shaman drum, crystal bowls, rattles, nature sounds and more. Enter this inner space and be guided into deep connection with the root chakra and the Womb of Mother Earth. The audio for this meditation is from Calm Whale and will be accompanied by live video projection and crystal bowls to enhance and create an immersive environment and experience for your enjoyment and relaxation. All are welcome and all can benefit, simply bring an open mind and relax into the experience! We are with you every step of the way, and will answer any questions you have. Please arrive between 8:30-9:00 so we can settle and begin at 9pm. $20 donations are welcomed but not required.
