A coach will lead you through a dynamic warm-up, body weight exercises, and strength training moves designed to improve your power, strength, and endurance. To conclude, the coach will lead everyone through a science-based cool down designed to promote muscle recovery, flexibility, mental clarity, and more! **Please bring your own mat!** Attendees will receive a FREE BOGO salad or Grain Bowl when they come for the workout!
