We know there are less opportunities out there right now.  If you’re looking at the stats, it's 💯% true, so we have to be converting at a high rate if we expect to grow our business and take market share, which I know all of us are out here to do.  So, get ready for our next event, "Nailing the Listing Presentation."  We’re going to share a ton of really important information, but I want to share a few of the most important topics that we are going to discuss.  ➡️ What are the 5️⃣ most important parts of a listing presentation that you ABSOLUTELY have to cover with the seller to maximize your opportunity for success?  ➡️ What are the questions that you need to be asking?  Specific targeted questions when you are in front of these prospects to make sure that not only you’re giving the information you need,  but to maximize the amount of yeses you are getting on the backend of that conversation.   ➡️ We are going to be talking about magic words.  The words that we use when we are in front of prospects and specifically sellers are very important.  We have to have these words nailed down to maximize the opportunity when we are in front of these individuals. 🔨  ➡️ And last but not least, what are the few targeted things we can do that are going to MAXIMIZE our conversion ratio and have a higher likelihood of getting to YES at the end of that meeting.  Not “I’ll follow up with you”, “I’ll call you in 3 days”. Getting a YES before you walk out the door.  🎯  Again, we are super excited,  May 4th, 10am at the Brookfield Conference Center. 🙌  Can’t wait to see you there.
