Back by popular demand, the Charles M. Neviaser Educational Institute of Community Hospice & Palliative Care and the All Florida Case Management Network welcome you to join us for our annual educational conference in Jacksonville. The conference is being offered both in-person and virtually. The in-person attendance is limited to the first 40 guests who register. Continuing education credit will be available for eligible case managers, nurses, and licensed mental health professionals. Registration is $15 for case management members and $30 for non-members.
