STRONG30 is a music-driven, high intensity, 30 minute workout that combines body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio and plyometric movements for a great sweat and a great time for all ages and fitness levels.
The class is led by Tony Sadiku, an energetic fitness coach and certified personal trainer in Tampa.
Just bring water and a towel. Come by yourself or bring a friend. This class is held inside Gold's Gym.
