Join us at the Layered Studio for a for a fun and laid-back baking experience where students can either assist or sit back and watch Concetta and her mom Maria make the classic Italian dessert Cannoli During this class you will learn how to: Make ricotta cheese Make, roll, and cook cannoli shells Sweeten ricotta cheese for the perfect cannoli filling Fill cannoli shells and top with traditional toppings We will also be providing: A sample of the cannoli made in class, and a cup of espresso to enjoy them with The recipes and step-by-step baking instructions Four cannoli for each student to bring home and share Snacks and beverages Notes: Absolutely no experience is necessary For questions and inquiries please contact us at: [email protected] Tickets are non-refundable.
