I began my yoga practice in 2017 with the hopes of relieving physical pain and general stress. As my practice grew, I discovered the many layers of healing that yoga has to offer and felt inclined to share these tools with others. Yoga is not just your physical practice on the mat— it is the way you move, breathe, and connect in the world. In my classes, I love to offer curated messages that apply to our Asana practice, as well as our lives off the mat; integration is key! I believe there’s a balance in challenging our bodies, and knowing when to rest, so you can expect a little bit of both in my classes. I dream of a world where we are all so deeply connected to ourselves, that compassion for others comes effortlessly, and I know yoga is a tool that can get us there. I can’t wait to be part of your yoga journey! Follow @YourJourneyYoga // @Natalia_Cav Maksim Z Maksim is a certified Yoga Therapist, Meditation Teacher, Ayurvedic Counselor, and Sound Healer. My name is Lauren, and I am, just as, you are. 💡🪞 My reconnection to mySelf started in 2019 when Yoga (asana) became a prominent source of emotional release. After about a year of practicing asana and intertwining with the community, certain circumstances and tremendous curiosity called me to go deeper. From November of 2020 to January of 2021, I chose to immerse mySelf in a 200hr YTT program offered by my h OM e studio. I changed my life. Incorporating yogic principles and philosophies into my life allowed me to pave a path of peace and deep connection despite life's natural turbulence. In the blazing summer of 2021, I moved here to the Grand Valley where life began to take course. Over the past two years, my journey has led me to discover many gifts in many forms. A pinnacle of my inspiration comes from rhythm, movement, and writing. This action of play is one that I love to share in hopes that you feel welcome to do the same in your own unique way. Follow @laurengausselin Jack Utermoehl I'm Jack, a passionate yoga teacher who found solace and transformation in Vinyasa Yoga, Non-dual Philosophy, Bhakti, and Yoga Sutras. Since 2015, I've been on a heartfelt mission to share the life-changing power of yoga, helping others discover their inner heroes and experience personal growth. My own journey has been filled with adventure, exploration, and deep connections, and I feel blessed to guide my fellow yogis as they embark on their own paths of self-discovery and healing. In 2022, I founded Asivana Yoga Company as an expression of my love for the yoga community and my desire to create a supportive space for practitioners from all walks of life. As an E-RYT 200 certified instructor, I pour my heart into teaching, striving to create a nurturing environment where students can connect with themselves and each other. I'm honored to share my passion for yoga at festivals, teacher training programs, and events across the country, where the power of community and shared experiences brings us all closer together. Each time I step onto my mat, I am flooded with memories of the incredible journey that yoga has taken me on, and I am deeply grateful for the opportunity to guide others on their own transformative paths. It is my hope that, as we continue to explore and grow together, we can create a world where love, connection, and the spirit of adventure inspire us all. Follow @AsivanaYoga // @Jack_Utermoehl
