WESTERN SPRINGS, IL — The Western Springs Police Department released its latest blotter Monday. Here is information from the reports: The east wall of Clarity Physical Therapy, 814 Hillgrove Ave., was reported Wednesday as being damaged in the previous week. The damage was estimated to be more than $300. Julio E. Rosa, 61, of Cicero, was cited about 9:30 a.m. Jan. 5 at Ogden Avenue and Wolf Road on charges of driving with a suspended license, operating an uninsured vehicle and failure to signal when required. He was released on bond. A resident in the 5400 block of Franklin Avenue informed police Wednesday that the resident's Facebook and email accounts have been hacked. A suspect is sending messages to the resident's contact lists asking the recipients to buy gift cards. Police report information is provided by local police departments. Charges are not evidence of guilt. They are a record of police actions on a given day, and persons charged with a crime are presumed innocent until proven guilty in court.
