ZEBOP! was formed in 2005 by guitarist Antonio Marquez and although he has been a Santana fan for many years, it was his talent and inspiration that attracted established local musicians to his vision of a tribute band honoring the music of Santana as created by Carlos Santana and all the excellent musicians in the various incarnations of the Santana band. ZEBOP! continues to exceed the expectations of their audiences and particularly the Santana fans that they encounter who often state that the band sounds so much like Santana that they can close their eyes and feel like they’re at a Santana Concert.
