The Office for Safe and Healthy Neighborhoods' Reimagine Network and Whitney Strong are bringing you new discussion topics during the next violence prevention training! Through OSHN, over 800 concerned citizens in Louisville have completed the training. The training is designed to provide knowledge and skills needed for community members to make a difference in their neighborhoods. Training content will include The Public Health Approach to Violence, Firearm Safety, Suicide Prevention (QPR) , and Stop The Bleed.
Participants will gain skills to take action and play their part in violence prevention. The Office for Safe and Healthy Neighborhoods and Whitney Strong are confident that your participation in the Ambassador Training will be instrumental in our collaborative effort to create a safer Louisville.
Additionally, all participants will receive a FREE Save-A-Life kit complimentary of Whitney Strong! This includes a Stop the Bleed kit, gun lock, and journal.
Lunch will be provided!
