The collection is well appointed and playful. I wish it had come sooner.Agnès Bourély is a French artist who specializes in abstract, non-figurative painting. Her drawings, canvases and polyptychs are rooted in the explosion and layering of color, form and material. She relishes in anomaly, the cohesion of motif and singularity, straying between the certain and uncertain, as she creates tension between liberation and control.
