Community Event in Aurora, IL: AANHPI @ Pacifica Square

On behalf of Pacifica Square, Windfall Group, and the Global Friendship Exchange Foundation we would like to formally invite you and your organization to participate in Aurora’s 2023 AANHPI Annual Event on May 13, 2023 at Pacifica Square (4360 East New York St., Aurora, IL 60504). Hosted by the City of Aurora, Pacifica Square, and Windfall Group this community event will be a day of celebration, performances, activities, and sharing as we bring together various cultural groups to showcase their unique traditions and talents. There are many ways to participate! We cordially invite you and your organization, or any others you know of that may be interested to join the event. We are actively looking for performers, activities, vendors, volunteers, and sponsors to help make this event a success. Opportunities for participation include: 1. Performances: If your members have any talents or cultural performance they would like to showcase. We would be delighted to feature them on stage. 2. Activities, Vendors, Community Organizations & Clubs: We will have a limited number of booths available for sponsors, vendors, and organizations wanting to share their passion. Please contact us for details and availability. 3. Volunteers: We would appreciate it if any volunteers can help with the logistics such as setting up, crowd management and assisting with various activities. 4. Sponsors: Supporting our community is one of our key values, and if you feel the same please consider helping to sponsor this community event. Everyone and anyone is welcomed to the event and we will have great food and amazing cultural performances! This will not only be a great community event, but also an opportunity to promote yourself and network with other organizations.
