Envison Me | New Vision, New Moon! Join Jessica Bruny from JessBeU and Ronnie Miller from Sistas Making A Difference to be inspired to create, manifest and dream big with the community! Join us to create vision candles, cleanse our energy and collectively restore ourselves for a new version of ourselves for this new moon together. Vision candles are similar to vision boards and can be placed in your home and lit as needed for inspiration. During this ceremony we will partake in nourishing foods, tea, restorative healing circle, grounding sound bath, community building and overall good vibes! You are more than welcome to bring any personal items like photos or craft supplies to make your vision candle even more unique! We invite each participant to join our healing circle with an open mind and heart. Each session will also discuss the meaning behind that month's new moon to create space, hold an intention for the life that you wish to create. New to sound baths? Research has shown that novice meditators have a much more profound experience their first time than experienced meditators who practice regularly. Regardless of your level, this sound bath will require nothing except for you to simply lay back, relax, and receive. Jessica Bruny comes with over a decade's worth of musical experience and facilitating healing ceremonies throughout Southern California and is known for curating powerful healing experiences for the community. Please feel free to bring your own yoga mat + blanket, but we will also have mats for you to use. Allow 2023 to be surrounded by amazing and supportive people
