Description

Successful completion of this course will earn an “Instructor Certified” certificate used to obtain the Mississippi Enhanced Firearms Permit. Lunch, drinks, and snacks will be included for those attending the course. The following topics will be covered: • Overview of Mississippi Firearms Law • The Universal Firearms Safety Rules • The Legal Use of Force • Defensive Firearm Selection and Ammunition Selection • Marksmanship Fundamentals • Defensive Application • The Aftermath of a Defensive Use of Force Equipment Needed: • A reliable handgun chambered in 9mm/.38 Special or larger. • At least 100 rounds of quality factory ammunition. • Eye Protection • Ear Protection • Notebook and Pen/Pencil *If you do not have a firearm or any other equipment, contact us and we can arrange for the use of a firearm during class.
