A full moon ceremony is a perfect mellow setting to introduce yourself to spiritual modalities to integrate as part of your monthly routine of shedding the old and invite in the new. Full Moon Ceremonies are an integral part of the manifestation practice, and have Ceremonial roots in all human cultures, from the beginning of our time on this planet. The Full Moon is a time when the Moon, which represents our yin (feminine) energies, is full and bright in the night sky. Feminine traits are intensified and highlighted, including our vulnerabilities, sentivities, and emotions, along with how we love, care, and nurture ourselves, others, and our Planet. As an optional add-on to the Ancestral Equinox Ceremony, Claudene with Elevated By Claudene will offer plant medicines for those who choose to purchase them. Various plant medicines are natural substances used in traditional spiritual practices to induce altered states of consciousness. Claudene is a dosing specialist who will be available to elevate and guide participants who choose to purchase plant medicines. Please note that the purchasing of plant medicines is optional and not required to participate in the ceremony. Those who choose to purchase them will be responsible for their own experience and should consult with Claudene about the appropriate dosing for their individual needs. Participants are encouraged to bring their own yoga mats for the meditation portion of the ceremony. This will provide a comfortable and personal space to relax and connect with their inner selves during the sound bowl meditation under the moon.
