Join us for Mental Health Connect's 5th Annual Stories of Hope. MHC is unique because we walk alongside you on your journey and work to build community. We don’t refer and forget. We like to call it empower and collaborate! Everyone deserves treatment and care. MHC provides resources, appropriate next steps, and a road map when the path seems blurry. We let you know that you are understood and are not going to be alone. We collaborate with 37 faith communities that have a reach of 80,000 people, and provide education to reduce stigma. Our Navigation line is free and confidential, providing support and direction, utilizing over 100 trusted local resources. Support from Stories of Hope will provide critical resources to support the mental health of our community. We can't do it without you.
