As the end of the semester approaches, we understand that this can be a stressful time for many of you.
That's why we invite you to join us for an outdoor yoga and meditation session on the evening of May 4th, to help you prepare for your upcoming finals.
Our yoga session will be a vinyasa flow class suitable for all levels, so whether you are a seasoned yogi or a beginner, you can join in and benefit from the practice. We will also include a meditation portion to help you relax and clear your mind before the stressful exam period.
We encourage you to participate in this session to take a break from the intense studying and find balance in your mind and body. You will feel refreshed and rejuvenated after the practice, which will help you focus and perform better on your finals.

The session will take place outdoors at the Young House Lawn overlooking the Mt. Sequoyah Cross as the sun sets providing a serene and peaceful environment for you to connect with nature and find your inner peace.
