We are a social, real estate investors networking group who are specifically focused on being a Landlord in the Florida Panhandle. Our events are open to anyone who is already a landlord (or is interested in becoming one in the future) within Bay County or surrounding areas. We are an annual, paid membership group, however, first-time guests are welcome to check us out gratis and at no obligation. What you will find at our events, is a casual atmosphere of networking, knowledge sharing, experience, strategizing on how to navigate these rapidly changing market conditions, and building amazing local teams.
