This short and engaging conversation with Rebecca Bender will unpack combating human trafficking as she shares her story of escaping her trafficker, the myths of human trafficking, and how to support survivors.
Pre-registration is required. Reception starts at 6 p.m. Presentation begins promptly at 6:30 p.m. and the event goes to 8:30 pm. Light refreshments available.

Rebecca is a social activist, thought leader, and consultant who equips professionals and organizations to identify and fight human trafficking. She was appointed to the U.S. National Advisory Council and regularly testifies as an expert witness in court. Her specialized training has equipped well over 100,000 professionals including FBI, Homeland Security, regional law enforcement, community leaders, and medical personnel.
