Heart to Heart Health & Wellness Presents: 1st Annual Heart to Heart Gala The H2H Gala is a non-profit fundraiser dedicated to developing community-based resource center (Heart to Heart Community Outreach-H2HCO). H2HCO will be hub of support to provide programs, services and resources to meet the needs of clients and their families. H2HCO will build strong community connections for the clients, parents, caregivers and families we serve. We invite you to join us at our 1st Annual H2H Gala. This year’s gala theme is "Connected Heartstrings" Dress like a King or Queen and please plan for a night of dinner, dancing and excitement! Each ticket purchased includes a delicious plate dinner, open bar, and access to raffle prizes and silent auction! Music will be provided the entire night. Plan for photography, raffles, and lots of fun. **Proceeds will benefit the H2HCO Center** Attire: Formal/Black-Tie!! All are welcomed!
