At this event you will receive information about the home buying process, mortgage loans, including everything you need to know about downpayment assistance. At the end of the class, you will receive a certificate, which allows you to have access to programs that the Washington State Housing Finance Commission has to offer! Lunch will be provided! There will be two 10 minuet breaks, and a 30-minuet lunch break.
