Cinco de Mayo Ceviche TostadasCeviche is a Latin American dish made from raw fish cured in fresh citrus juices and sometimes garnished with onions, peppers, and other seasonings. For this Cinco de Mayo celebration, we will top freshly fried corn tortillas with a sweet and spicy snapper ceviche and wash it down with some fresh agua fresca.
