We are dedicated to helping athletes achieve speed at all levels and to create a path for them to have any performance edge possible compared to the competition. Our goal is to make speed simple with an approach that has a high importance on the attention to detail and building from the correct habits and technique. This camp will allow athletes to be fully assessed both in the beginning of camp and at the end with becoming apart of a national database/ community that allows them to be tested, analyzed, ranked and receive programs for future training. The camp will be GPS tracked and measured by our partners Jawku Speed & Mclloyd. Training will focus on acceleration, change of direction , deceleration, top end speed and more. Our goal is to continue teaching athletes that speed can become created within a fun and unmatchable training atmosphere. Don't Miss Out on the Camp of the Summer!!!
