26.2 TO LIFE is a new documentary telling the story of incarcerated men who are members of the San Quentin Prison 1000 Mile Club as they attempt to run a marathon, 105 laps around a crowded prison yard. For the men who take their places at the starting line, completing the marathon means more than entrée into an elite group of athletes. It is a chance to be defined by more than their crimes. 26.2 TO LIFE is a story of transformation and second chances. Following the film, Dylan Bowman will host a live episode of the Freetrail Podcast. He will facilitate a discussion and Q&A with film director/producer Christine Yoo, 1000 Mile Club coach Diana Fitzpatrick, and released former Club member, Markelle "The Gazelle" Taylor. Speedland will support a GS:TAM raffle. Real Athlete Diets will serve delicious, healthy snacks, and New Belgium will stock the bar with a great selection of drinks.
