As child care providers, we are in a unique position to welcome, embrace, and empower LGBTQ families in a way that supports children and families alike. Come have a candid discussion with us about our role as educators in supporting all families. You will leave with specific and easy-to-use strategies for building cultural competence within your own practice and others.
