Description
Looking for a retreat to connect with your mind, body and soul in the mountains, alongside other like-minded people? Please join us for the weekend of June 15-18, 2023. Our Hiking Retreat in Wichita Mouuntains this June is perfect for the person who is ready to rejuvenate, reconnect to their inner being, and reclaim their vitality through the healing beauty of nature and the bonds of community. When we talk about healing "at the root", THIS is what we're talking about: + Challenging ourselves in a natural setting, to go outside of our comfort zones, but in a safe, purposeful process in order to help us build our resilience. + Connecting to ourselves, before inviting others into our experience. + Receiving and learning about "nutrition" that is not only through holistic foods, but also through sensory consumption. + Recalibrating through breathwork, meditation, yoga, hiking, ecstatic movement and connection. This weekend will allow is to slow down and soothe our central nervous systems, moving stagnant energy out of our bodies while enhancing our connection to self and our environment. An "unplug" to recharge, if you will. We do expect this retreat to sell out, so apply to reserve your spot today! We will select the members of this container, intentionally. We will be staying in the southwestern portion of Oklahoma in the one of a kind, cobblestone town of Medicine Park, which sits at the entrance to the Wichita Mountains. We will spend time hiking, doing yoga and tai chi, meditating and grounding through connection with the land. Our home for the weekend sits on a private 3 acre Lake and with hiking trails right outside our door! This 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath home will be a sanctuary for us to disconnect from the outside world and reconnect with our inner being. There is a Screened in back porch with an outdoor fireplace and great outdoor seating area where we will practice tai chi, yoga (weather permitting) and you'll be able to watch the sunrises and sunsets. All activities are included but you are free to pick and choose what makes your heart and soul sing. Speaking of singing, if you have a guitar and would love to share your gifts with us, we welcome these contributions. Along with the incredibly beautiful land, we will have a professional, holistic plant-based chef preparing Reiki-energy infused meals for our body's nourishment. Our menu will include clean, organic ingredients to assist us in our process of mind, body and energetic healing. This will, undoubtedly, be a weekend of unforgettable memories, friendships and incredible personal leaps forward! **$888 each for single occupancy. $1,333 total to have a room to yourself or for two bookings at the same time in the same room. This will be limited to first come, first choice. There are 2 king bedrooms and 1 queen available for this option. Other room has 4 twin beds.)
