Treat your employees, your clients, your spouse, or someone you care about to an amazing evening! All while you are helping Emily's Smile Boxes. The evening will start with cocktail hour including passed appetizers. We will then move to a three course amazing meal being prepared by Scratch Kitchen. 6:30 PM Cocktail hour hosted by Nue Vodka with an open bar and passed appetizers. 7:30 PM Dinner is served; Harvest Salad - Spring mix, green apples, cranberries, toasted walnuts, and blue cheese. Cabarnet Braised Short Ribs - Cabernet braised beed USDA Angus beef short rib. Slow braised and finished with cabernet red wine. Boursin Whipped Potatoes Oven Baked Green Beans Chocolate Lava Cake with Fudge Drizzle and Rasberry Puree 8:15PM - J's Dueling Piano's After dinner enjoy the music stylings from Jeremy with J's Dueling Piano's and sing along to your favorite songs.
