A mortgage lender will be onsite to provide same day approvals and offer up to $10,000 towards closing costs on certain floor plans for anyone who is ready. We will have a realtor to help with any questions you may have and help with your purchase when ready. A credit specialist will assist with anyone who isn't credit ready.
