4 Day-Ski Week/International Foods Cooking Camp Ages 5-14 Ski Week/International Foods Cooking Camp 4-Day Camp February 16-19, 2020 10am-2pm There are so many foods in the world that we just don’t know exist. In this camp we will explore and create foods around the world and eat them! Day 1 - Kuchen (America), Greek Salad, Brazilian Squash Soup, Irish Soda Bread, Meatloaf and Gravy (America) Day 2 - Hummus and Pita Chips (Israel), Quiche Lorainne (France), Pickled Mexican Vegetables, Manhattan Clam Chowder (America), Carapulcra - Pork and Potato Stew (Peru) Day 3 - Lentils with Bacon (France), Boston Cream Pie (America), Rosemary Garlic Kugel (Germany), Indian Chicken Salad in a Pita, Bruschetta (Italy) Day 4 - Tropical Spinach Salad (Spain), Chilean Corn & Meat Casserole, French Gougeres, Ecuadorian Tortillas, Chocolate Babka (Ukraine) The kids will be working together to create their lunch for each day.
