Fundamentals of Property Management class - 40 hours REQUIRED credit. Must attend all five sessions. Each session is 8:00am - 5:00pm. Course cost is $695 plus shipping charges and cc fees (unless students pick up materials before class starts and drops off check). If a registration is made at least two by the same person, they will only need to pay ($645) each. Materials to be picked up include a textbook and notebook which are used in class. Class dates (8:00 am - 5:00pm each session): Wednesday May 17, 2023 Thursday May 18, 2023 Friday May 19, 2023 Thursday May 25, 2023 Friday May 26, 2023 Final test on last day. Passing test qualifies student to schedule state test in Pierre at SD Real Estate Commission. After passing state test, student must have application for license received by real estate commission within 60 days. SDREC supplied fingerprint cards and authorization/payment for background check should accompany application. SDREC fingerprint cards are included with class materials. Additional student resource materials will be supplied using a Dropbox invitation. There will be a final test accessed through student's email. Zoom attendees must be present, in front of a camera and with microphone access during all the hours of the class to receive credit. Need to have reliable high-speed internet access. Zoom app works on PC, MAC, tablets, and smartphones. All remote access fees waived. Zoom invitation emailed separately with class handouts. All credit card fees are non-refundable Transfer Policy: You may transfer to a new class. If the new class is the same price or more, you will be charged the difference in payment.
