This class provides expectant mothers and their support person with information regarding: Stages of labor True vs. false labor Coping skills Realistic expectations of labor/delivery process Relaxation techniques Medical interventions This class includes one session. The cost of the class is $20.00 per couple. When registering, please provide the name of your support partner who will attend with you.
