Our Italian banquet will be held in the REGIMENTAL COMMANDER’S RIVERVIEW ROOM in Coward Hall on the campus of The Citadel starting at 5:30 PM on Monday, May 8, 2023 Our banquet will highlight the Roberts Foundation Book Award given by the Fort Sumter Civil War Roundtable. Our speaker is Ernest Dollar, the executive director of the City of Raleigh Museum and the author of Hearts Torn Asunder. The Fort Sumter Civil War Round Table of Charleston, South Carolina was established in 2019 with the purpose of stimulating and expanding interest in the military, political, diplomatic, economic, and socio-cultural history of the United States during the American Civil War. Banquet Tickets are available to members & non-members.
