I create a unique experience that combines different elements of breathing techniques and styles that give you the opportunity to explore the power of breath in a safe environment. Deep, rhythmic breathing with awareness, moves energy in the body while tapping into the nervous system and creating an expanded state of consciousness. This can be a very intense experience which creates undeniable changes in the body and mind. This is an opportunity for you to feel free to let go and surrender to the experience to get the most benefit. Intuitive rhythmic breathing with the ability to relax and let go, facilitates the body's natural capacity to heal itself. The experience can bring deep insights and clarity. I feel it is important that there is no recording once the session begins to preserve your privacy. Breathwork can sometimes allow for unresolved memories and emotions to rise to the surface so they can processed with a new awareness. It’s like a reset for the nervous system. By the end of a practice, many people experience feelings of clarity and peace with a newfound sense of awareness. It can be very energizing and exhilarating while also leaving you feeling calm and grounded. Some experiences can be challenging and revealing. Each experience will be different for each individual. The journey of the breath is an individual journey that each person can take as deeply as they wish. Usually people find that they get the most benefit after trying this practice a few times allowing them to let go and trust the process a little more each time. There is no experience needed and you get to choose how deep you want to go. Try to avoid eating heavily two hours before arrival and try to be hydrated. Taking photos before or after the session is fine. Encouraged to put your phone away and off during the session. Bring comfortable mat / blanket and anything you need to be comfortable. You will be lying down for about an hour. Extra blankets at the studio. Integration after the experience is very important. I encourage you to ask me after the session if you have questions or need resources for integrating your experience. Consult your physician before doing a deep breathing practice or if you have any medical conditions. Please don’t attend if you are pregnant or think you may be pregnant. Breathwork should be done at your own risk. High risk individuals who should not attend. -Cardiovascular disease -Heart attacks, high blood pressure, and angina -Glaucoma or retinal detachment -Recent injury or surgery -Any condition that requires you to take medication -Panic attacks or psychosis -Seizures -Severe mental illness -Aneurysms (or family history) -You are pregnant or are breastfeeding Park anywhere in parking lot. Try to arrive 10-15 minutes early to settle in. If you are more than 10 minutes late the door is locked to keep the session from being interrupted.
