The upcoming health adventure will take place at Tree to Tree Adventures in Tallahassee, FL. This adventure will provide a unique opportunity for us to focus on our physical health and well-being. The adventure will take place on Saturday, May 20 and we will be departing from Rhema following prayer. Please ensure that you arrive on time so that we can depart promptly. The fee is non refundable and non transferable. At Tree to Tree Adventures, we will be participating in a variety of activities that will challenge us both physically and mentally. These activities include zip-lining, obstacle courses, and team-building exercises. We encourage you all to come prepared with comfortable clothing and appropriate footwear. Additionally, please bring a water bottle and any necessary medication. A waiver must be completed in order to participate. We are excited to come together and focus on our health and well-being.
