This Free Special Needs community event will provide an opportunity for children/adults with special needs and their families to enjoy a hot air balloon festival environment with special considerations at absolutely no charge to them.Due to limited availability, all Attendees must register in advance for a FREE TICKET TO THE BALLOON FESTIVAL SUNDAY OCT. 1 2023 2:00-7:00 PM. Each family registered will receive a complimentary private seating area, and a warm meal per person (Meal TBD Last years was hot dogs, potato chips, and bottled water) Admission ticket to this event also includes viewing of the balloons, free children’s activitys, entertainment, music, access to vendors, free bounce houses and more. (Please note The Carnival Wristbands will be available for purchase at a discounted price of $5.00 per wristband for our Special Needs night attendees and their family members, Wristbands are optional and only for those interested in riding the carnival rides.) Best of all the festival will be filled with people who love, care for, and embrace our special needs community! -Each registered special needs guest will receive *2 *tether ride tickets, 1 for themselves + 1 support person, Additional balloon rides will be available for purchase at the tether ride. -Our festival food and craft vendors will be open to all attendees at an additional charge, however no purchase is necessary from any vedors for any family to participate in our free event. ** For those guests with noise sensitivity's we highly recommend the use of noise canceling headphones, Hot Air Balloons can be VERY LOUD, especially to those with very sensitive ears. **This special event is considered rain or shine, however hot air balloons are extremely weather permitting, and we cannot ever guarantee any rides, Our pilots want to inflate as much as you want to see them, as always we will modify our schedule to allow balloon rides/viewing when it is safe to do so. ***
