Calling all of my R&B lovin yogi's! 45 minutes of beginner vinyasa yoga flow to artist like Daniel Caesar, Jhene Aiko, H.E.R, SZA, Lauryn Hill and more in a diverse space. Last 15 minutes are for a breathing exercise to move your energy and bring you to the present moment, a mini meditation session to relax your mind, and savasana/sound bath to completely relax your entire body.
