With a motto of “cane to bottle,” the small batch rums made by Alex & Ben Voss at Alligator Bay Distillers are distinguished by their artisan hands-on approach to production. The distillery's Florida craft rum cocktail bar opens at 11am and last call is announced at 4:30pm. Enjoy our handcrafted cocktails and have a seat indoors at the tasting room longue or at our outdoor patio.
